Job description

Company Description

Ready to Ditch the Cubicle? Become a Community Hero as a Property Manager!

Location: Downtown Indianapolis | Industry: Residential HOA/COA Management

Omni Management Services, Inc.

Are you the type of person who thrives on variety, enjoys solving real-world problems, and wants to actually make a difference where people live?

We're not your average management company. At Omni, we manage communities-not just properties. And we're looking for a rockstar Property Manager to help us do it better than anyone else in the business.

Why Omni?

  • Downtown Indy office - right in the heart of the city
  • Growing portfolio = room to grow your career
  • A supportive, lively team
  • Fast paced but never boring
  • You'll never have to wonder if your work matters-it does here
Job Description

This is not a desk job. One day, you'll be inspecting a gorgeous lakeside condo; the next, you'll be helping a Board make smart financial decisions, or solving an issue that makes someone's day better. Every day is different-and we love that.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Be the go-to expert for HOA/COA Boards and residents
  • Field resident questions and concerns (with patience and professionalism)
  • Get quotes and manage vendors for landscaping, paving, roofing-you name it
  • Oversee budgets and help communities plan for the future
  • Conduct property inspections like a pro
  • Attend Board and Annual Meetings-yes, some evenings, but we promise it's worth it
  • Keep your communities running smoothly and your Boards smiling
Qualifications

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Experience managing HOAs or condos? Big plus.
  • Communication skills that could smooth over a neighborhood BBQ feud
  • Organized, self-driven, and able to juggle (metaphorically)
  • Comfort with budgets, bids, and handling tough conversations
  • Able to flex your schedule for evening meetings and site visits

Sound like a fit? Don't wait. Hit "Apply" and let's talk.

Join a team where you're not just managing communities-you're building them.
