Job Description

This is not a desk job. One day, you’ll be inspecting a gorgeous lakeside condo; the next, you’ll be helping a Board make smart financial decisions, or solving an issue that makes someone’s day better. Every day is different—and we love that.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Be the go-to expert for HOA/COA Boards and residents
  • Field resident questions and concerns (with patience and professionalism)
  • Get quotes and manage vendors for landscaping, paving, roofing—you name it
  • Oversee budgets and help communities plan for the future
  • Conduct property inspections like a pro
  • Attend Board and Annual Meetings—yes, some evenings, but we promise it’s worth it
  • Keep your communities running smoothly and your Boards smiling
Qualifications

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Experience managing HOAs or condos? Big plus.
