At Divine Expressions Family Dentistry in Madison, AL, we're hiring a full-time Dental Office Assistant. This role requires prior experience in a dental office, including working with dental insurance and supporting front office operations. DENTAL OFFICE ASSISTANT SCHEDULE
This is a full-time job, Monday through Friday, for 40 hours each week. You will work steady daytime hours in our Madison, AL office.
YOUR DAY AS A DENTAL OFFICE ASSISTANT
You will start each day by welcoming patients with a smile as they walk in the door. You'll answer phone calls, help schedule appointments, and talk with patients about their treatment plans. You'll check patients in, help them with questions about insurance and payments, and keep things running smoothly at the front desk. Throughout the day, you will work closely with our team to make sure every patient feels comfortable and cared for.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Genuinely friendly with a welcoming attitude

  • 1+ year (s) of experience providing excellent customer service and working in a dental office
