Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Engineer to provide enterprise-level technical support for end-user computing devices, collaboration tools, and Microsoft technologies. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience supporting Windows environments, Office 365, Microsoft Teams, mobile devices, endpoint management, and enterprise device administration using SCCM, Intune, and Active Directory.

This role will support laptops, desktops, tablets, smartphones, and collaboration technologies while ensuring endpoint security, software deployment, system maintenance, and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for enterprise end-user devices.
  • Support Windows desktops, laptops, tablets, and mobile devices.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and application issues.
  • Configure, deploy, maintain, and support Windows, iOS, and Android devices.
  • Create and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation, reporting, and system administration.
  • Support Microsoft Teams collaboration, meetings, video conferencing, and conference room technologies.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot Microsoft Office 365 applications.
  • Manage endpoint devices using Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM).
  • Administer Microsoft Intune for Mobile Device Management (MDM) and endpoint security.
  • Configure and manage Active Directory users, groups, organizational units, and Group Policies.
  • Deploy software updates, operating system patches, and security policies.
  • Monitor endpoint compliance and implement security controls.
  • Troubleshoot browser-related issues and enterprise web applications.
  • Support remote users and hybrid work environments.
  • Document technical procedures, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles.
  • Assist with endpoint lifecycle management, including deployment, upgrades, replacements, and decommissioning.
  • Work closely with infrastructure, networking, security, and application support teams.
  • Maintain accurate incident, request, and asset documentation.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance IT support processes.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong experience supporting Microsoft Windows operating systems in an enterprise environment.
  • Extensive experience supporting laptops, desktops, tablets, smartphones, and mobile users.
  • Experience administering Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM).
  • Experience managing devices using Microsoft Intune (MDM).
  • Strong knowledge of Active Directory, including:
    • User Management
    • Group Management
    • Group Policy Administration
  • Experience supporting Microsoft Teams collaboration and conferencing.
  • Experience supporting Microsoft Office 365 applications.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, operating systems, and enterprise applications.
  • Experience supporting Windows, iOS, and Android devices.
  • Experience creating PowerShell scripts for automation and reporting.
  • Excellent documentation, communication, and customer service skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting enterprise conference room technologies.
  • Experience with endpoint security and compliance management.
  • Knowledge of software deployment and patch management.
  • Experience supporting hybrid and remote work environments.
  • Familiarity with enterprise IT service management (ITSM) processes.
  • Experience with automation and scripting beyond PowerShell.
