About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Microsoft 365 Support Engineer with over 7 years of hands-on experience to join a dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Microsoft Exchange Server, Microsoft 365 services, and will play a pivotal role in providing L3/L4 support and working on large-scale projects.

Responsibilities
  • Provide L3/L4 support for end users, resolving complex issues related to MS Exchange Server and Microsoft 365 services.

  • Plan, design, and implement changes to Microsoft 365 services, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum efficiency.

  • Guide and mentor team members on various project activities, ensuring successful project completion.

  • Automate repetitive tasks and requests to increase efficiency and reduce the need for manual intervention.

  • Collaborate within a large team environment, bringing a problem-solving mindset to address issues in complex systems.

  • Administer Microsoft 365, including managing SharePoint Online and PowerShell scripts to optimize service performance.

Required Skills
  • 7+ years of experience working with Microsoft Exchange Server.
