Job Title: Microsoft 365 Administrator / Copilot Studio & GenAI Specialist
Location: Phoenix, AZ (2 Days in a week)
Duration: Long Term Contact / Full Time
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Administrator with strong expertise in Copilot Studio, Generative AI, and SharePoint Administration to design, build, and manage agentic AI solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem. This role will be responsible for administering M365 services while developing intelligent agents and copilots that automate business processes and enhance user productivity.
Key Responsibilities
Microsoft 365 Administration
  • Administer and support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Entra ID (Azure AD), and related security features
  • Manage user identities, licensing, access policies, conditional access, and compliance configurations
  • Monitor system health, performance, and security across the M365 tenant
  • Implement and maintain governance, data protection, and compliance policies (DLP, retention, sensitivity labels)
SharePoint Administration
  • Administer SharePoint Online sites, hubs, permissions, and content lifecycle
  • Design and maintain information architecture, metadata, and site templates
  • Support SharePoint integrations with Power Platform, Teams, and Copilot solutions
  • Troubleshoot SharePoint performance, access, and synchronization issues
Copilot Studio & Agentic AI Development
  • Design, build, and deploy agentic AI copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio
  • Create conversational flows, actions, plugins, and integrations with Microsoft Graph and business systems
  • Implement multi-step, autonomous agent behaviors to automate workflows and decision-making
  • Manage copilot security, authentication, and environment configurations
Generative AI & Automation
  • Leverage Generative AI models within Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure OpenAI (where applicable)
  • Integrate copilots with Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, Teams, and external APIs
  • Optimize prompts, grounding data sources, and AI responses for accuracy and relevance
  • Ensure responsible AI usage, data privacy, and compliance standards
Collaboration & Stakeholder Support
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to identify automation and AI use cases
  • Provide technical guidance, documentation, and best practices for M365 and AI solutions
  • Support deployment, adoption, and ongoing optimization of copilots and M365 services
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Microsoft 365 Administrator
  • Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio and building conversational or agentic AI solutions
  • Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online administration
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), security, and compliance
  • Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
  • Familiarity with Generative AI concepts, prompt engineering, and AI governance
  • Experience integrating solutions using Microsoft Graph APIs
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Azure OpenAI or other GenAI platforms
  • Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-102, PL-400, PL-600, AI-102)
  • Experience designing enterprise automation or AI-driven solutions
  • Knowledge of scripting (PowerShell) for M365 administration
