Board Certified/Eligible Obgyn Physician

A highly respected health system in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Board Certified/Eligible OBGYN Physician to join a growing, patient-centered women's health program. This opportunity offers a structured schedule, strong clinical support, and excellent work-life balance, making it ideal for both new graduates (with mentorship) and experienced providers.

Position: Physician – OBGYN Location: Cincinnati, OH Practice Setting: Hospital + Outpatient Clinic

• Monday–Friday schedule with excellent work-life balance

• 3 days clinic + 2 days surgery

• 1:6 shared call rotation

• Deliver at a hospital with Level II NICU + MFM support (University collaboration)

• Work alongside certified nurse-midwives in a collaborative care model

• Dedicated support for each physician: MA/LPN, triage staff, scheduler, admin team

• Mentorship available for new graduates

• Join a collegial, expanding women's health program

• Delivery hospital: Mercy Health – Anderson Hospital

• Established and well-supported OB program

• Serving the Cincinnati east-side community

• Integrated system with access to specialty care and MFM support

• Provide full-scope OBGYN care (clinic, surgery, and deliveries)

• Perform gynecologic surgical procedures

• Manage prenatal, labor, and postpartum care

• Collaborate closely with midwives and multidisciplinary team

• Ensure high-quality, patient-centered care delivery

Board Certified or Board Eligible in OBGYN – REQUIRED Active Ohio License (or willing to obtain) – REQUIRED DEA (or willing to obtain) – REQUIRED Must be comfortable working with midwives – REQUIRED Must disclose visa requirement status (No J1/H1B support available) Clean malpractice & license history – HIGHLY PREFERRED NPDB Self-Query (within 30 days) – REQUIRED
