JOB TITLE Customer Service Rep. Trainee

DEPARTMENT Various ( 0 thru 12 months)

DUTIES: Process paperwork related to departmental activities and establish and maintain files and records, including those of a confidential nature.

Operate a computerized word processing system to produce, letters, reports, forms, and other printed documents.

Perform various clerical duties, such as typing, filing and recording. Answer telephone responding to general inquires; direct customers to the appropriate area.

Prepare and execute documents such as, notes, disclosures, rescissions and checklists.

Issue the proceeds checks.

Perform a variety of duties related to the processing and administration of existing loans in the following areas; consumer lending, commercial lending, and mortgage lending.

Perform all other related duties as assigned.
