Job Summary/Basic Function
The Department of Criminology, Sociology and Anthropology is seeking tutors to attend tutoring hours and assist students as needed.
Required Qualifications
  • A strong understanding of applied social statistics
  • Need to have at least B+ in SOCI 302
  • Upload a copy of your Degree Audit or Unofficial Transcript to the "unofficial Transcript 1" folder
  • Proficiency in using the statistical software SPSS
  • Clearances are required (PA Criminal Background, Child Abuse, FBI Fingerprints)

Job Duties
Tutor students in SOCI 302 which will entail using SPSS software and a working knowledge of tables, graphs, and statistical techniques to help the tutees navigate the statistical components of sociology.
