Job description

TEKsystems is looking to hire a Application Network Support Analyst to join one of our top financial clients.

No C2C (Must work on TEKsystems direct W2)

Skills Required:

  • PowerShell scripting: Automate processes using PowerShell.
  • SQL scripting: Create scripts for identification, removal, and upgrading non-permitted technologies from servers.
  • Monitoring experience: Reduce noise from false positives using in-house developed monitoring platform.
  • Network troubleshooting: Research and escalate incidents impacting applications, collaborating with network support teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring all production regulated messaging applications are performing and providing a stable platform.
  • Management and support of all applications that enable compliant supervision review of electronic communications.
  • Service delivery to all Supervision & eDiscovery users.
  • Successful implementation and validation of application service changes.
  • Maintaining support relationships with eDiscovery and Legal teams to make sure business strategies are consistently met.
  • Ensures that business partner priorities are identified, implemented and communicated as it pertains to Supervision policy management.
  • Interfaces with EC Compliance to ensure adherence to compliance requirements via technical controls and reporting.

Must be willing to work a hybrid schedule onsite 3 days per week

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $50.00/hr.
