Job Description Network & Systems Analyst Contract: Pending Confirmation Location: Lutz / Tampa, FL Area Schedule: Hybrid - 4 Days Onsite Pay Rate: $55 - $65/hr Background Requirement: NERC Background Required Position Overview Seeking an experienced Network & Systems Analyst to support enterprise network infrastructure initiatives focused on Cisco networking technologies, network segmentation, NAC implementation, vulnerability remediation, and secure infrastructure modernization. This role will support operational readiness and security initiatives across enterprise and operational technology (OT) environments, including power plants, solar fields, and control centers. The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on Cisco networking experience with expertise in Cisco ISE, Cisco ACI, Nexus environments, and secure network segmentation strategies.

Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and support enterprise network infrastructure environments including LAN, WAN, SDN, Cisco ACI fabrics, and OT networks Perform patching, upgrades, lifecycle management, and vulnerability remediation for Cisco routers and switches Configure, deploy, and support Cisco technologies including: Cisco ISE Cisco ACI Cisco Nexus Cisco Catalyst platforms Wireless access points Implement and maintain Network Access Control (NAC) and segmentation strategies Support micro-segmentation and policy-based network security controls Administer Cisco ISE for: Device authentication Access enforcement Posture assessment Troubleshoot and resolve complex network infrastructure issues Support network monitoring, documentation, operational readiness, and compliance initiatives Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and operations teams on enterprise deployments and upgrades Assist with DDoS protection, load balancing, and network security initiatives Required Qualifications 5-8+ years of network engineering or network systems experience Strong hands-on experience with: Cisco routers and switches Cisco ISE Cisco ACI Cisco Nexus Network segmentation NAC enforcement Experience with: Router/switch configuration Patching and upgrades Break/fix troubleshooting SDN environments WAN/LAN infrastructure Experience supporting secure enterprise network operations Strong understanding of network security and segmentation best practices Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams Strong documentation and communication skills Preferred Qualifications CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent certifications Experience with: Cisco Catalyst Center NetScaler F5 SolarWinds NetFlow DDoS protection solutions Experience supporting: Utility environments OT/SCADA networks Regulated or critical infrastructure environments Familiarity with cloud networking and hybrid infrastructure architectures Ideal Candidate Profile Senior Cisco network engineer with strong security and segmentation experience Hands-on expert in Cisco ISE, ACI, Nexus, and enterprise network operations Comfortable supporting highly regulated infrastructure environments Strong troubleshooting and operational support background Able to lead infrastructure upgrades, remediation efforts, and secure network modernization initiatives
