We own and operate a broad array of businesses engaged in recorded music, music publishing, merchandising, and audiovisual content in more than 60 countries. We identify and develop recording artists and songwriters, and we produce, distribute and promote the most critically acclaimed and commercially successful music to delight and entertain fans around the world.
How we LEAD:
We are seeking a strategic and highly organized Marketing Manager, Recordings, looking after the catalogs of the actively signed/on-roster artists across Island Records.
The role will identify, develop, and execute campaigns across the assigned roster employing modern, dynamic 'always-on' approach. As the central point of contact for projects, the candidate should have knowledge across the spectrum of modern music marketing strategies including Digital Marketing (short form video trends, ad strategy, influencer strategy), Commerce (physical and digital product delivery, DSP landscape), eCommerce (artist and label stores), CRM, audience growth, and more. The successful candidate has a passionate view of catalog as a living, evolving asset that fuels artist growth, fan engagement, and revenue.
How you'll CREATE:

  • Manage and at times develop marketing plans aligned with current releases, touring, anniversaries, and cultural moments for the actively signed artists across the labels of the Republic Collective.
  • Support catalog as a growth engine for audience expansion and discovery.

Project Management & Execution
  • Own timelines, workflows, and deliverables across multiple initiatives.
  • Coordinate across internal teams and artist mgmt. teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Benchmark campaign success against spend and consumption.
  • Serve as a central point of contact for projects.

Digital Marketing & Audience Growth
  • Partner with digital marketing teams on Resurgent Track campaigns, DSP strategy, social activations, first party data collection initiatives, advertising, content, and more.
  • Use data insights to inform targeting and optimization.
  • Drive discovery among new audiences.

eCommerce & Commercial Planning
  • Collaborate on new product ideation; products that are must-haves, delivering value to the superfans.
  • Partner with the labels and eComm team to execute catalog-driven eCommerce campaigns.
  • Coordinate product storytelling and launch timelines.

Bring your VIBE:
  • 3-5 years of experience in music marketing and project management.
  • Excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills
  • Strong understanding of Digital Marketing, Social Media platforms, eCommerce and fan engagement strategies.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly analytical, with the ability to translate data into actionable strategy.
  • Creative mindset with a data-informed approach to decision-making.
  • Thrives in a frontline, artist-driven environment where priorities shift
  • Passionate about catalog music as a living asset, not a static legacy business
