We specialize in creating connections between fans and their favorite K-pop artists through a fusion of innovative marketing strategies, immersive music distribution, and providing unparalleled experiences that resonate with fans worldwide. As an independent music label and distribution arm, hello82 is rapidly expanding alongside the ever-growing community of K-pop fanbases. Some of our artists include: ATEEZ, P1Harmony, and xikers.
About the role
Position: Fan Space Associate (Retail) - NEW YORK
Location: hello82 NEW YORK Fan Space (Lower Manhattan Area)
Work Hours: Between 10:30AM - 7:30PM Local Time
*WEEKENDS REQUIRED
Key Responsibilities
  • Work with Retail team to create a welcoming and exciting environment for fans in our NEW YORK Fan Space
  • Handle Money and Sales using Shopify POS
  • Communicate efficiently with both fellow Teammates and Customers
  • Uphold Performance Standards in any Scale of Crowd
  • Assist in Fan Space tasks including, but not limited to customer service, minor maintenance, floor coverage, inventory tracking, and sales tracking.
  • Assist in Creative Tasks including but not limited to asset installation, minor fabrication, and painting.
Qualifications
  • A genuine interest in Kpop music and content
  • Time Management skills
  • High school diploma or higher
  • Comfortable with Public Speaking and Crowds
  • 1-2 Years of Experience in Retail
  • Ability to lift 30 lbs
  • Excellent communicator and quick, creative thinker with the ability to use both data and intuition to inform decisions.
  • Ability to respectfully and efficiently work with a team of 10+ to create a welcoming and exciting environment for K-pop
