This will require you to understand their objectives and strategies to ensure how your team will facilitate them. Finally you will have the opportunity to provide key strategic and practical perspective in the development of the ADA/WMG supply chain.

  • Develop relationships across the Global Operations department to improve the efficiency across related processes
  • Build a strong knowledge of the downstream processes of the digital supply chain, collaborate with the digital operations team to troubleshoot errors, and continuously seek ways to improve how our teams work together

About you:
  • Positive, curious, ambitious, self-starter with a growth mindset
  • Enjoys collaborating with other teams to provide a great service o/b/o ADA
  • Experience leading a team
  • Comfortable presenting with others including the executive leadership team
  • Detail-oriented with a strong knowledge of digital supply chains and best practices in the music industry
  • Comfortable asking questions and surfacing process improvements
  • Enjoy problem solving and determining how various software systems work
  • Calm under pressure and working within tight deadlines
  • Passionate about independent music

We'd love it if you also had:
