This individual is responsible for managing a team of specialists, ensuring high-quality decision-making, and maintaining consistency with internal legal guidance and platform policy.
The Infringement Manager will work cross-functionally with Legal, Creator Services, and other internal stakeholders to ensure alignment, transparency, and effective handling of sensitive or high-priority cases. This position is ideal for someone who is not only deeply knowledgeable about digital copyright enforcement workflows but also brings strong leadership skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset. • Serve as a liaison to the Legal team, escalating high-risk or delicate matters and ensuring claim outcomes remain aligned with legal guidance and platform policy.
  • Serve as a key partner for infringement prevention, partnering directly with the Quality Control team as needed to help design, evaluate, and improve prevention tools and systems that stop infringement before claims are filed.
  • Work with Creator Services to address artist concerns and take care of high-sensitivity cases, including those involving priority artists.
  • Coordinate with internal partners such as Legal, Finance, Engineering, Fraud, Quality Control and Support to ensure operational alignment and assistance for cross-functional workflows.

  • Contribute to the development and refinement of workflows, documentation, and solution-making tools in collaboration with Legal Operations.
  • Drive onboarding, training, and ongoing development of team members, reinforcing quality standards, best practices, and continuous learning.
  • Direct or help with initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency, reducing error rates, and scaling high-quality enforcement practices.
  • Stay informed on changes in copyright and platform enforcement trends, sharing relevant updates with the team and applying learnings to improve outcomes.
  • Qualifications:
