We are seeking a International Commerce & Digital Strategy Manager to join our international marketing team. This role supports the execution of international release campaigns across physical and digital channels, helping drive global revenue through D2C, retail, and streaming performance. It is responsible for managing day-to-day campaign execution and operational workflows, serving as a central point of coordination across U.S. labels, international markets, and external partners. You will ensure seamless global launches-from pre-order through release-by aligning storefront execution, product strategy, and cross-functional campaign delivery.

What you'll do:
  • Drive execution of priority commercial initiatives across physical and digital e-commerce channels, aligning all activity to global revenue and performance goals.
  • Serve as the main point of contact with U.S. label teams to coordinate daily campaign requirements, such as managing digital and physical release timelines, ensuring timely D2C store deliverables, and overseeing digital account maintenance.
  • Oversee key release activities of all levels and support high-profile campaigns across physical and digital strategies, including D2C pre-order readiness, artist store capabilities, international market coordination, and partner pitching to drive commercial success.
  • Collaborate with D2C partners to manage global storefront execution ensuring product availability, store descriptions, pricing consistency, re-direct accuracy, and seamless user experience across all D2C sites.
  • Work cross-functionally with digital marketing to execute revenue-driving initiatives, pre-order and pre-sale campaign execution, tour presales, fan sign-ups and offers.
  • Manage international tour stock logistics and retail event execution to support local sales opportunities.
  • Track and optimize D2C performance across D2C and retail, including product performance, leveraging paid media, CRM channels (email/SMS), Shopify integrations, inventory levels, and UTM-based reporting.
  • Coordinate with label operations and release planning teams on physical rollout needs, configurations, product drop cadence, specs, and manufacturing costs.
  • Partner with international markets and account teams to support global DSP strategy, overseeing account coordination, asset delivery, and editorial pitching to drive strong streaming debuts.
  • Establish and maintain clear communication workflows to improve campaign execution and visibility into commercial priorities.
  • Source and distribute artist and product assets to support global sales, retail, and marketing efforts.
  • Support broader international commerce and digital initiatives as needed.
Who you are:
  • 3-5+ years of experience in commerce, digital marketing, or D2C campaign management, ideally within music, entertainment, or consumer brands, with exposure to revenue-driven campaigns and performance tracking.
  • Strong collaborator with the ability to translate commercial priorities into clear, executable plans across marketing, operations, and global teams.
  • Skilled in storefront management, including product setup, metadata accuracy, pricing, and global launch coordination.
  • Experienced in inventory management, product availability, and coordination across international markets.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage time-sensitive, revenue-critical launches.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-visibility release environments.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Shopify, Monday.com, and email marketing platforms is a plus.
