Here, we turn dreams into stardom and audiences into fans. We are guided by three core values that underpin everything we do across all our diverse businesses: Curiosity: We do our best work when we’re immersing ourselves in culture and breaking through barriers. • Oversee go-to-market strategy, brand positioning, and merchandising for new properties
  • Manage non-traditional accounts such as gaming, digital creators, and social-first brands
  • Incorporate physical music into these non-traditional properties
  • Evaluate performance and evolve properties based on customer data and demand
  • Build long-term roadmaps for expanding Homemade/WMX D2C portfolio
About you

You are a builder who enjoys creating new businesses from the ground up. You understand culture, fandom, and how communities engage with commerce. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity and turning ideas into execution. You balance creative thinking with commercial discipline. You work well across teams and external partners.

We’d love it if you also had:
