How we LEAD:
We are currently seeking a Marketing Assistant who will handle support for product and marketing campaign strategy for multiple artists and projects across the Verve, Verve Forecast and Impulse! rosters.
How you'll CREATE:
  • Provide overall support to the Marketing Department. These tasks include but are not limited to: answering a high volume of calls, scheduling meetings, submitting expense reports and coordinating business travel for Marketing Department.
  • Coordinate artist travel
  • Organize department, label and artist meetings (catering, booking conference rooms, conference lines, video conferences, run A/V, etc)
  • Liaise with other departments, including Publicity, Digital, Revenue, Sync, Branding, International, Production, Creative etc
  • Oversee special projects and events including showcases, listening events etc
  • Coordinate and assist with project campaigns and marketing initiatives.
  • Initiate and coordinate the design and manufacture of promo and merch items
  • Manage marketing product inventory
  • Manage department office supplies inventory
  • Coordinate radio indies
  • Execute mailings for radio, new releases, etc.
  • Other responsibilities and duties as assigned

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 1-2 years relevant internship or equivalent prior coordinator experience, within the music industry a plus
  • PASSION for music, emerging media, and innovation
  • Strong preference given to candidates who are knowledgeable about the eclectic genres and artists that we work with at these labels
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong coordination and organizational skills
  • Aptitude for communicating and engaging on various platforms
  • Experience and desire to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Highly adaptive to change
  • Consistently meet deadlines
  • Creative, self-starter with exceptional follow-up skills
  • Content editing a plus (image, video, content - Photoshop, Final Cut)
  • Ability to learn new software and analytics programs as necessary
