Your role:
As the EVP of Commercial Music and WMX Revenue, you will be the primary architect of global business expansion. You will oversee revenue growth across physical music, merchandise, and e-commerce.
This is a high-impact, global leadership role designed to bridge the gap between central strategy and local market execution across EMEA, APAC, and LATAM. You will be responsible for scaling global operations and sales disciplines while navigating the complexities of multi-channel distribution.
Here you'll get to:
  • Global Revenue Strategy & Execution: Drive the overarching commercial P&L, building market-by-market revenue targets and consolidating them into regional and global goals. Work with Finance to drive global pricing, product mix, and inventory strategy to balance sell-through, speed-to-market, and margin.
  • Physical Music & Merchandising: Act as the central hub for physical music growth, leading global initiatives and liaising with labels, global catalogue, e-commerce and retail teams to unlock new revenue streams.
  • Regional Infrastructure & Governance:
    • Oversee the creation and organizational structures of regional hubs (APAC, EMEA, LATAM), including warehousing and logistics strategy.
    • Establish and lead market-specific governance committees to enforce strict adherence to margin and inventory guidelines.
  • Channel Management: Drive growth across all relevant channels to meet WMG's revenue targets, helping set global and local channel management strategies and ensure optimal revenue and margin is generated by territory and label.
  • Talent Leadership: Partner with international and local teams to identify, hire, and mentor regional commercial leaders.

  • 15+ years experience in executive level sales, business development and/or general management at a major entertainment company
  • Senior Commercial P&L Ownership: Extensive experience managing a significant P&L within a major music company or a global CPG organization.
  • Global Team Management: Proven ability to lead and influence multi-country teams across diverse regions (EMEA, APAC, LATAM).
  • Operational Excellence: Deep expertise in scaling margin, inventory management, and global operating disciplines.
  • Logistics & Supply Chain Savvy: Experience overseeing warehousing strategies as a lever for revenue optimization.
