MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years of Construction/Project Management experience with new construction, renovations, infrastructure, and working in critical environments.
  • 3 years' work experience in facilities maintenance, plant operations or engineering services.
  • working capabilities in MS Office to include excel, word, PowerPoint, Adobe Writer, Visio, and basic Windows environment as well as experience with MS project, Procore and Bluebeam
  • OSHA 30 (or the ability to gain certification within 120 days of hire).
