Position SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Scrum or Project Manager with a strong background in financial services to lead cross-functional initiatives that support investment operations, technology delivery, and enterprise transformation. This role will manage Agile or hybrid project environments, partner with business and technical stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end project delivery across technology, investment, and operational teamsFacilitate Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews) when operating in Agile environmentsManage project scope, timeline, budget, risks, and stakeholder communicationCoordinate across portfolio managers, analysts, operations, compliance, and IT teamsTranslate business requirements into actionable project plans and delivery roadmapsTrack and report progress, KPIs, and project health metrics to leadershipIdentify blockers and proactively drive resolutionSupport change management, adoption, and training for new systems or processesEnsure alignment with regulatory, audit, and compliance standards relevant to financial institutionsRequired Qualifications5+ years of experience in Project Management or Scrum leadershipPrior experience in financial services, asset management, investment management, or banking environmentsProven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder initiativesStrong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and/or hybrid delivery methodologiesExperience using project tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, MS Project, or similar)Excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilitiesPreferred QualificationsScrum Master (CSM, PSM) or PMP certificationExperience supporting investment operations, portfolio systems, trading platforms, or financial data projectsExposure to regulatory or compliance-driven environmentsBackground working with enterprise transformation or system implementation initiatives
