Project CoordinatorIntroduction:

The Project Coordinator serves as a crucial member of the Project Management Office (PMO) team, providing support to project managers and the PMO Director throughout the project lifecycle. This role requires a highly organized and analytically minded individual who excels in business analysis, executive communication, and emerging technology.

Responsibilities:
  • Support project managers and the PMO Director in various project-related tasks from idea intake to project closure
  • Build and maintain tools, content, and processes to ensure the efficient operation of the PMO
  • Leverage AI technologies to design prompts, build automations, and deploy agents for eliminating manual work
  • Work in a fast-paced wholesale distribution environment to elevate the quality of PMO outputs
  • Prepare for a potential transition into a Project Manager role in the future
Requirements:

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor''''s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field
  • 6 to 8 years of progressive experience in a PMO, business analysis, strategy, or operations role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messages for different stakeholders
