Job description

Project Manager - Victoria, BC

Responsibilities
• Lead project delivery from start up through close out
• Manage schedules, budgets, RFIs, submittals and change orders
• Chair project meetings and coordinate with clients, consultants and trades
• Review contract documents and resolve conflicts or omissions
• Oversee subcontract buyout, POs and full contract administration
• Support QA and QC requirements and documentation
• Prepare progress reports, progress claims and project forecasting
• Work closely with Site Superintendents on planning, safety, quality and productivity
• Ensure accurate as builts, close out documents, deficiencies and warranty follow up
Qualifications
• 5 plus years of construction project management experience
• Experience delivering commercial & industrial projects
• Strong ability to manage budgets, schedules and documentation
• Confident communication and relationship building with all project stakeholders
• Proficiency in MS Project, Excel and Word
• Organized, proactive and capable of leading project teams
Compensation
• Salary range $100,000 to $130,000
