Job description

 JOB DESCRIPTION:
Job Title: Mover
Reports to: Operations Managers
Job Purpose: The Mover is responsible for loading/unloading trucks and performing household moves.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
● Perform household packing and moving services throughout Florida.
● Load and unload furniture and accessories for model home installations.
● Work and communicate professionally with clients on job sites.
● Accurately complete job paperwork.
● Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
● High School Diploma preferred.
● 1 year of moving experience preferred.
● Highly self-motivated.
● Strong work ethic.
● Must be proficient in English.
Working Conditions: May be required to work outside of normal working hours including weekends and holidays, as needed.
Physical Requirements: Standing, kneeling, crouching, walking, and lifting of objects of at least 75 pounds or more. Moving, placing, and using ladders.
 
Pay is based upon experience and qualifications. Additional positions available for those with experience: drivers, furniture installers.
