Job description

Managing daily move operations

Scheduling & Dispatching daily driver and mover job assignments

Training and motivating crew members

Consistently exceeding customer expectations on a daily basis

Handle customer concerns regarding crew performance

Assist crew members with on site problem solving as situations arise

Responsible for crew member adherence to franchise & system standards /policies

Conducting on site Move Spot Checks

Manage attendance, overtime and time off requests of drivers and movers

Assist crews when necessary(absent crew member with no replacement available)

Must have strong decision making ability with excellent organizational & time management skills

Demonstrated ability to lead by example to motivate, develop & direct people


Must have at least 2 years commercial moving industry experience as a Lead Driver, Two Men And A Truck experience preferred
