  • 7+ years proven experience in a technical role: technical product management, project management, solutions engineering or similar roles:
  • 7+ years of experience of managing Atlassian products as an Admin / Architect / Tech Lead
  • 2+ years of managing Atlassian products as an Admin / Architect on the Cloud
  • Experience of moving / managing Atlassian products from DataCenter to Cloud at large scale
  • Experience of moving / managing Atlassian plugiun from DataCenter to Cloud at large scale
  • Experience of managing Atlassian marketplace plugin at large scale and having some good metrics and governance around this.
  • Proficient in the use of productivity tools necessary to capture requirements documents like JIRA or Confluence, SharePoint
  • Good understanding and working knowledge CICD & Collaboration tools concepts that are leveraged at enterprise scale
  • Good understanding and working knowledge of how CICD products integrates with Agile Management products and the intersect to help build an overall SDLC journey and exhibit business value with its implementation
  • Deep understanding and implementation experience of Business Insights for measuring Developer productivity based on the tool analytics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and presentation abilities
  • Gathering Success Stories from our customer community and be able to leverage that to help increase marketability of our products
