Work Arrangement: Remote
This is a remote position, with preference given to candidates located within the St. Louis area. We hire in the following states: Missouri, Illinois, Tennessee, Arkansas, Georgia, Florida, North Carolina, Texas, and Indiana.

While this is a remote position, occasional on-site attendance may be required as business needs dictate for projects, meetings, training, special events, or other business-related activities.

Position Overview

The Senior Move Management Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the relocation process, coordinating domestic household goods shipments from start to finish. This role is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while ensuring compliance with government regulations and company policies.

In this position, you'll work closely with customers, agents, service providers, military representatives, and internal teams to ensure successful move execution. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple shipments in a fast-paced environment.

This role also supports operational excellence by identifying trends, recommending process improvements, and assisting with training and development initiatives.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the relocation process, providing guidance and support from start to finish

  • Maintain accurate shipment information in government and company systems to support service quality and operational performance
  • Partner with customers, agents, service providers, military representatives, and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure successful move execution
  • Monitor quality trends and recommend process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and the customer experience
  • Support team success through training, mentoring, and departmental initiatives as assigned
