We are seeking a full-time Move-In Coordinator to join our team at Overlake Terrace Retirement Community in Redmond, WA. Moving into a senior living community is one of the biggest transitions in a resident's life, and you will be the person who makes it feel smooth, organized, and welcoming — from the moment a family says "yes" to the day their loved one feels at home.

Your Role:

As our Move-In Coordinator, you will partner with our Family Advisor and community leadership to guide new residents and their families through every step of the move-in journey.

· Coordinate all aspects of the move-in process, from deposit through move-in day

· Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming residents and their families, answering questions and keeping them informed at each step

· Ensure apartments are move-in ready by coordinating with maintenance and housekeeping

· Complete, collect, and track all move-in paperwork and required documentation

· Communicate new resident arrival details to dining, wellness, and life enrichment teams so day one feels personal

· Welcome new residents on move-in day and coordinate day-of logistics

· Follow up with new residents and families during their first weeks to ensure a successful transition

· Maintain accurate records of deposits, move-in dates, and apartment availability in our CRM

· Support tours, sales events, and community outreach as needed

Qualifications

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Experience in customer service, hospitality, administrative support, or senior living preferred

· Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through

· Warm, clear communicator with seniors, families, and coworkers

· Comfortable with computers, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems

· Love for seniors!

Washington Pay Transparency

The expected pay range for this position is $20.60 - $30.90 per hour. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, education, and other relevant factors.
