2 Guys and a Van is a family-owned Chicago moving company looking for reliable movers to join our local moving crews.
No experience needed — we train motivated people.
This is active, physical work with steady hours, daily movement, and great team environment.
What We Offer:
  • $20 - $22 per hour starting pay.
  • Daily cash tips.
  • $300 hiring bonus ($150 after 90 days, $150 after 120 days).
  • Flexible schedule.
  • Local work only — home every night.
  • Opportunity to become Driver / Crew Leader ($25-$27/hr).
  • Friendly team environment.

Many movers earn an extra $40-$150+ per day in tips.

Job Duties:
  • Load and unload furniture.
  • Wrap and protect customer items.
