  • $20.00/hr. plus $1.00 shift differential.

Hours:
  • Monday - Friday/8 hours shift.
  • Some weekends may be required.

Purpose:
Post Bake Operators are responsible for the ongoing production of the industrial baking machinery and support areas they are assigned to on a day-to-day basis; wrappers/baggers and seal out. Post Bake Operators are also responsible for the packaging of product into the various types of containers to be distributed to our customers that is not only safe to eat but meets all customer and internal specifications.

Perform day-to-day production operations in the assigned workstation, including, but not limited to:
  • Attend and be on time for all pre-shift production meetings.
  • Participation and adherence to all food safety and safety programs.
  • Completion of assigned Alchemy courses that are required throughout the year.
  • Ensure cookie products are wrapped/bagged, and correct problems with machinery settings.
  • Seal-out boxed cookie product with correct labeling for warehouse storage and shipping.
  • Execute the daily production schedule and process orders in the established sequence.
  • Ensure that all product is packaged in the correct packaging material.
  • Ensure that all packaging information is correct.
  • Ensure that all utensils, equipment, and work area is maintained in a clean and safe manner.
  • Ensure that packages meet weight and count requirements.
  • Ensure that equipment is running properly and at its most effective set up.
  • Accurately and legibly maintain records of batches made, materials used, deviations, and other processing parameters.
  • Monitor automated equipment to verify it is functioning properly.
