The team roasts all coffee beans in-house to deliver distinctive flavors to guests. The bakery team hand makes bagels, cinnamon rolls, and a variety of other baked goods each day. Role Description The Baker role at The Electric Brew is a full-time, on-site position based in Goshen, IN. The Baker is responsible for preparing and baking a variety of items, including bagels, cinnamon rolls, cookies, breads, and other pastries, following established recipes and quality standards. Daily tasks include mixing doughs and batters, monitoring ovens and baking times, managing ingredient inventory, and ensuring all baked goods are presented attractively and consistently.
