Other roles may include production managers, delivery drivers, and cleaning staff, all working together in a fast-paced environment that often requires attention to detail and knowledge of baking tools and techniques.

How much money do bakers get paid?

Bakers typically earn an average hourly wage of around $12 to $16, with annual salaries ranging from approximately $25,000 to $35,000. Pay can vary based on experience, location, and the type of bakery, and some bakers may earn higher wages with specialized skills or certifications.
