Job description

The person in this role will support the development, deployment, and ongoing oversight of enterprise initiatives while helping operationalize SEI's project management framework across the firm. The role combines hands-on enterprise project delivery, team engagement and adoption support, platform administration, solution ideation, testing, and vendor coordination. Working closely with and under the guidance of the Director of EPMO, this individual will partner with business unit PMO leads and project teams to scale standardized practices, improve visibility, and support consistent execution. This is an opportunity to play a key part in the evolution of SEI's enterprise project management discipline and to grow within a high-impact, firm-wide function - the work will be challenging but rewarding.

What you will do:

Enterprise Project Delivery & Build Support (30%)

  • Support and help drive execution of enterprise and cross-functional initiatives, including large-scale efforts such as enterprise PM workflows, capital allocation builds, and business unit rollouts

  • Help translate business needs into clear project structures, build concepts, milestones, owners, and dependencies

  • Track progress, surface risks and issues, and support timely resolution

  • Prepare clear, executive-ready updates for leadership review

Team Engagement, Training & Adoption (30%)

  • Deliver user training, demos, and hands-on support to project teams and business units

  • Provide individual one-off engagements to help teams apply monday.com and enterprise PMO standards to their specific needs

  • Create and maintain demo boards, reference materials, job aids, and other adoption resources

  • Support onboarding of new teams to monday.com and enterprise PMO practices

  • Contribute to a champion network to drive adoption, consistency, and shared learning across teams

Platform Support & Administration (15%)

  • Operate and maintain monday.com boards, templates, workflows, and user structures that support the enterprise project management framework

  • Triage platform issues, manage user support needs, and resolve day-to-day platform-related challenges

  • Ensure consistent use of templates, data structures, and reporting standards across business units

  • Partner with corporate platform stakeholders on governance, access, support processes, and broader platform alignment

Ideation, Testing & Continuous Improvement (15%)

  • Test team use cases, draft builds, and potential workflow enhancements before broader deployment

  • Evaluate new monday.com features, AI capabilities, and platform functionality to determine practical enterprise use cases

  • Help identify inconsistencies, gaps, and opportunities to improve project delivery, reporting, and adoption

  • Partner with the Director of EPMO on enhancements to tooling, workflows, and scalable PMO practices

monday.com Vendor Engagement (10%)

  • Support monday.com vendor engagement, including contract coordination, issue tracking, and system support follow-up

  • Participate in vendor discussions to raise platform bugs, support needs, and functionality questions

  • Track open vendor items and escalate feature, support, or functionality needs as appropriate

How success is measured

  • Increased adoption and consistent use of monday.com across the enterprise

  • Improved data quality and accuracy of project reporting

  • Reduction in manual reporting and consolidation effort

  • Timely execution of enterprise initiatives

  • Achievement of monday.com certification and demonstrated platform expertise

What we need from you

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of project management or related work experience

  • Project management tool experience (monday.com preferred; certification a plus)

  • Ability to manage several projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and time management skills

  • Able to apply knowledge to handle day-to-day problems independently and more complex problems with guidance from a team leader or supervisor

  • Ability to understand how tasks and milestones relate across projects

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, including communicating with senior leaders

  • Combines attention to detail with the ability to see the big picture

Key behaviors we value

  • Self-starter who proactively identifies issues, gaps, and opportunities

  • Eager to learn and grow within an enterprise-wide function

  • Balances execution detail with a view toward process and scalability

  • Acts as a dependable partner to the team and to leadership
