Job description

About Us:

Team 4 Kids is one of Arizona's largest pediatric therapy providers, serving children and families across seven West Valley locations, with continued growth planned. We're looking for an organized, hands-on leader who enjoys solving problems, coordinating people, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently and professionally.

Position Summary:

The Facilities & Projects Manager oversees facility improvement projects, repairs, vendor coordination, and maintenance operations across all Team 4 Kids locations. This person serves as the primary point of contact between contractors, architects, vendors, and internal leadership while ensuring projects stay on schedule, within budget, and with minimal disruption to clinic operations. This role is both strategic and hands-on.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate facility improvement projects from planning through completion.

• Meet with general contractors, subcontractors, architects, and vendors.

• Obtain and compare bids, coordinate with contractors and vendors, procure materials and supplies, and manage project timelines to ensure projects are completed efficiently and cost-effectively.

• Triage incoming repair requests and prioritize work based on urgency and operational impact.

• Schedule and manage the daily workload of the Maintenance Assistant.

• Manage all projects and repair requests through Monday.com.

• Perform routine visits to all seven clinic locations.

• Monitor project budgets and documentation.

• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to Team 4 Kids quality standards.

• Assist with facility repairs and improvement projects when needed.

• Develop and oversee a preventative maintenance program.

Qualifications:

• Experience coordinating commercial construction, facilities, maintenance, or renovation projects.

• Strong organizational and project management skills.

• Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• Experience with project management software (Monday.com preferred).

• Excellent communication skills.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Schedule:

Generally Monday through Friday with flexible scheduling. Occasional evening or weekend hours are required to oversee contractors, support after-hours projects, or complete work that cannot be performed while clinics are operating.

Compensation & Benefits:
  • Competitive salary based on experience.
  • Monthly vehicle stipend.
  • Comprehensive benefits package.
  • Paid time off.
  • Opportunities for professional growth.
What Success Looks Like:

Projects completed on time and within budget, proactive maintenance, efficient scheduling, strong vendor relationships, and well-maintained facilities across all locations.
