NAVA Software is looking for a Monday.com Solution Lead
Details:
Monday.com Solution Lead (Manufacturing / ERP Integration)
Location: 100% Remote
Duration: 6-12 months

Overview
Seeking a highly experienced Monday.com Solution Lead to take ownership of a critical, in-flight implementation that requires stabilization, redesign, and delivery.
This role is a hands-on "leader-doer" responsible for bridging business requirements and technical execution, while independently driving the project to completion.
Key Responsibilities
  • Own and lead the Monday.com implementation
    • Assess current state and realign solution with documented requirements (Jira-based)
    • Redesign and deliver a scalable inventory planning solution
  • Translate business processes into system workflows
    • Demand planning (sales inputs by customer/product)
    • Procurement planning (raw material purchasing)
    • Production scheduling (plant-level standardization)
    • Pricing/version control
  • Design and execute integration strategy with ERP (Canopy)
    • Phase 1: CSV-based data flows
    • Phase 2: API-driven integrations
  • Define and lead testing strategy
    • Create test scenarios and acceptance criteria
    • Drive user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Act as the bridge between business and technology
    • Convert stakeholder needs into actionable system designs
    • Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical teams
  • Drive user adoption and confidence
    • Ensure usability and alignment with real-world workflows
    • Support change management across business teams

Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience implementing Monday.com solutions (end-to-end)
  • Strong background in manufacturing environments
    • Exposure to plant operations required (meat industry a plus)
  • Experience integrating systems with ERP platforms (Canopy preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to:
    • Gather and interpret requirements
    • Design workflows and data models
    • Execute builds hands-on
  • Strong Business Analyst + Solution Architect hybrid skillset
  • Experience working in Agile environments (practical application over theory)

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in food or meat manufacturing
  • Familiarity with inventory planning and supply-demand balancing
  • Background in process optimization or production sequencing
  • Prior experience rescuing or stabilizing at-risk implementations

What Success Looks Like
  • Delivery of a fully functional, integrated planning tool by June 2026
  • Consolidation of siloed processes into a single system of truth
  • Seamless transition into Phase 2 optimization initiatives

Key Traits for Success
  • Self-directed and proactive ("leader-doer" mindset)
  • Comfortable operating with ambiguity and taking ownership
  • Strong communicator and problem solver
  • Hands-on, execution-focused
