NILOยฎ is one of the fastest-growing beverage brands in the U.S. We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer / Automation Specialist with advanced n8n expertise to join our team.

You will be responsible for building scalable automations, implementing AI/LLM workflows, maintaining Monday.com integrations, and supporting BI dashboards and reporting.

Your mission:

eliminate manual work, build reliable automation systems, and maintain clean, scalable, and exceptionally organized workflow architecture.

Responsibilities:
  • Design, build, and maintain advanced n8n workflows, ensuring impeccable organization, architecture, documentation, and scalability
  • Build and troubleshoot Monday.com automations, cross-board logic, notifications, and integrations
  • Work with APIs, webhooks, JSON, conditional logic, error handling, monitoring, and retries
  • Build AI-powered workflows using OpenAI/LLMs and OCR, including document/image processing and structured data extraction
  • Engineer prompts for consistent outputs and integrate AI results into business workflows
  • Build and maintain BI dashboards and reporting using tools such as Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau, Metabase, or Monday.com
  • Create lightweight data pipelines connecting Monday.com, Google Sheets, n8n, and other business systems
  • Monitor data quality and produce recurring reports and business insights
Requirements
  • Advanced/Expert-level n8n experience is required
  • Proven experience building complex, production-ready automation workflows
  • Strong understanding of clean and scalable workflow architecture
  • Experience with OpenAI/LLMs, APIs, webhooks, JSON, and third-party integrations
  • Experience with Monday.com and BI/reporting tools
  • Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and analytical skills
  • Advanced English
  • JavaScript/Python and Make/Zapier experience are a plus
