Overview

CTG is seeking to fill a Marketing Program Manager position for our client.

Location: Morrisville, NC- HYBRID with 3 days in the office
Duration: 12+ months, with possibility for extension

Duties:

  • Manage marketing programs, portfolios, campaigns, content, creative, digital, and UX initiatives.
  • Lead program planning, roadmaps, prioritization, milestones, dependencies, and delivery.
  • Manage intake, governance, workflows, SLAs, and cross-functional processes.
  • Lead resource planning, capacity management, demand forecasting, and budget planning.
  • Develop KPI dashboards and executive reporting for portfolio health, delivery, utilization, and performance.
  • Identify risks, resolve blockers, and drive process improvement and operational efficiency.
  • Manage Monday.com and other work management platforms; support workflow automation and AI-enabled operations.
  • Partner with marketing, creative, content, digital, and business stakeholders.

Experience:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Project Management, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
