Job description

The SIDCO Dealer and Investor Services Team has an opening for a representative to provide support and service for prospective and current investors, financial intermediaries and the marketing efforts of our various mutual fund and alternative investment clients. You will be responsible for handling inbound calls and correspondence, making outbound calls in support of outbound call campaigns, completing dealer agreement requests, and other team projects.


What you will do:

  • Respond to inbound call and correspondence requests

  • Assist in the dealer agreement process

  • Participate in periodic Dealer and Investor Services team initiatives, projects, and training

  • Keep current with industry knowledge and best practices to effectively communicate with investors and intermediaries

What we need from you:

  • B.S./B.A in Business, Communications, related field or equivalent work experience.

  • Minimum of 1 year industry related experience, with prior contact center experience or brokerage experience a plus.

  • FINRA Series 6/7 and 63 required, or ability to obtain within 90 days

  • Experience with Excel and SharePoint are a plus.

  • Ability and desire to excel at prospecting by telephone

  • Adaptability to work in an open floor environment

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as strong presentation skills
