Join us!The Molding Associate II is a mid-level role within Repligen’s Injection Molding manufacturing group. Based in cleanroom production suites, this position is responsible for manufacturing moderately complex molded parts that support the bioprocessing industry. These include multi-dimensional, dual-element, and high-demand parts.

Building on the skills and experience of an Operator I, this role requires additional technical knowledge, independent problem-solving, and a strong focus on efficiency, quality, and safety. Molding Associate II employees will also be trained in processes that involve multiple mold tools, a higher level of precision detail as well as exceptional attention to quality standards. Successful performance at this level can lead to progression to a Sr.

The estimated hourly rate/salary range for this role, based in the United States of America is $21/Hr. -$25/Hr.. Compensation decisions are dependent on several factors including, but not limited to an individual's qualifications, location, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
