Molder Operator
Location:
Durant, OK 74071
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2nd Shift. Candidates must be available to train on 1st Shift for approximately 2 weeks before moving to 2nd Shift. Overtime opportunities may be available.
Pay Rate: $18.50/hr. during training, plus a shift differential once moved to 2nd Shift.

Integrity Trade Services is seeking a Molder Operator to join a manufacturing team in Durant, OK. This position is responsible for operating and adjusting mold machines, completing mold changes, performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, and supporting safe and efficient production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Molder Operator Responsibilities:

  • Operate and adjust mold machines during production.
  • Perform mold changes on equipment as needed.
  • Complete preventive maintenance on mold machines.
  • Troubleshoot and repair mold machine issues.
  • Support preventive maintenance of boiler equipment.
  • Make machine and programming parameter adjustments to keep production running efficiently.

Molder Operator Qualifications & Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 0–3 years of mold machine experience.
  • Troubleshooting experience preferred.
  • General maintenance and mechanical repair skills preferred.
  • Basic computer skills required/preferred for machine software and system use.
  • Knowledge of general tool use and ability to make machine adjustments.
