Job description

Express Employment Professionals is seeking Permanent Mold Operators for a manufacturing company in Entiat, WA.

This position involves working with molten aluminum and operating permanent molds in a fast-paced production environment. Candidates must be comfortable working in a hot industrial setting and performing physical labor throughout the shift.

Job Duties:

  • Dipping buckets into molten aluminum

  • Carrying and pouring aluminum into molds

  • Operating molds and removing casted pieces

  • Grinding excess metal from finished parts

  • Making and painting molds

  • Operating drill press equipment

  • Heat treat operation support

  • General production and cleanup duties

Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs

  • Comfortable working around heat and molten metal

  • Able to stand for extended periods

  • Steel-toed boots required

  • Must wear long pants and long sleeves or protective arm sleeves

  • Reliable attendance and ability to work early morning shifts
