Job description

Job Title: Molding Operator
Job Location: Milford, NH
Schedule: 1ST shift - 6:30AM to 2:30PM
Pay Rate: 18 - $22//HR
Position Summary:
Adecco is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Injection Molding Operator to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for operating molding equipment to produce high-quality molded parts while maintaining safety, quality, and production standards. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and capable of performing repetitive tasks with accuracy and consistency.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Operate injection molding machines to produce molded components according to specifications
  • Operate blending equipment to combine raw material pellets as required
  • Trim excess material from molded parts using hand tools such as an X-Acto knife
  • Inspect finished products for surface defects, flaws, and overall quality
  • Position and secure threaded cores and/or overmolds into molds
  • Fill machine hoppers with raw materials as needed
  • Maintain personal production and quality standards established by supervision
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Work under the direction of department supervisors and/or team leaders with minimal supervision
  • Support team production goals while also working independently

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Strong attention to detail and quality standards
  • Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for handling small parts

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift:
    • 25–55 lbs occasionally
    • 20–55 lbs frequently
    • 10–25 lbs regularly
  • Ability to stand and/or sit for extended periods, up to 8–10 hours per day
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
  • Ability to climb ladders as needed
  • Good visual acuity and manual dexterity required
  • May be exposed to industrial cleaning chemicals and oils in a manufacturing environment

Pay Details: $18.00 to $22.00 per hour
