The Blow Mold Operator will also be required to perform QA tests related to the blow molding process.What your day will look like:General Operation of the blow mold machines to include minor mechanical and/or process adjustments and general troubleshootingPerform required quality testing procedures as defined by CCBCU to include all production process recordingMaintain a safe and clean work environment in accordance with ISO Good Manufacturing Practices standardsExecute machine changeovers and support preventive maintenance requirements as neededReplenishment of raw materialsPerforms appropriate duties as assigned by managementWhat you need to succeed:Minimum age 18 years oldPersonal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required by position and compliance with UNITED safety policiesRegular and prompt attendance is an essential function of the jobAbility to read, write and speak EnglishAbility to maintain a neat professional appearance within Company guidelinesAbility to maintain safety and security of Company assetsAbility to utilize all Company provided resources and technologyHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED); or 12 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experienceWillingness to work weekends, holidays, or flexible schedule as requiredExperience driving forklift preferredKnowledge of safe and correct procedures for cleaning, set-up and operation of manufacturing machineryAbility to demonstrate use of basic toolsAbility to work with all functional team membersEffective communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to climb 1012 ft ladderPhysical RequirementsPosition will be required to comply with the CCBCU Personal Protective Equipment Program.
