Job description

A-Line Staffing is now hiring for a Molding Operator. The Molding Operator would be working for a major company and has career growth otential.

Molding Operator Compensation

  • Pay rate: $16.50
  • Work hours: 7:00 am - 7:00 pm, 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off; weekends included.

Molding Operator Responsibilities:

  • Stacking boxes and totes, bagging material, and printing labels.
  • Responsible for molding production in assigned area and minor maintenance activities on assigned presses.
  • Operate injection molding presses to supply downstream equipment with molded components including inspection of components.
  • Conduct minor maintenance activities on assigned presses and keep equipment running during breaks and call-outs.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of all products produced in the department and comply with GMP requirements.
  • Able to perform thorough product inspections and make decisions relative to product quality requirements.

Molding Operator QUALIFICATIONS:

Critical Information

  • Work hours: 7:00 am - 7:00 pm, 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off; weekends included.
  • Candidate can start while background checks are pending.
  • Eye exam required.
  • On-site position.

Education/Licenses Needed

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Prefer 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with injection molding presses (both electric & hydraulic).
