Injection Mold Machine Operator W/Forklift

Job Title: Injection Mold Operator (2nd Shift) Location: Bessemer City, NC Pay Rate: $17.00/hour

Job Description: We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Injection Mold Operator to join our team in Bessemer City, NC. This is a 2nd shift position with hours from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Candidates must be able to train on 1st shift prior to transitioning to 2nd shift.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor injection molding machines
  • Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and machine adjustments as needed
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Follow all company policies and safety procedures

Requirements:

  • Previous injection molding experience preferred
  • Forklift experience required
  • Ability to train on 1st shift (day shift)
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Dependable with a strong work ethic
