Job description

Adecco is now hiring for an Experienced Rotomold Operator position with Tennant Company in Holland, MI. Weekly pay starts at $20.50-$21.80 per hour. Apply today and join a dynamic team!

Primary responsibilities:

· Operate, program, start up, and shut down rotational Rotomold machines

· Inspect parts to ensure they meet dimensional and quality standards

· Troubleshoot and adjust machines or processes to complete tasks and resolve production issues

· Review and address non-conforming parts with engineers, supervisors, and team members

· Fill buckets with plastic powder, pull completed parts, and cut, clean, or scrape parts as needed per instructions

· Assist with daily mold maintenance, including soda blasting, polishing, power washing, and adjusting latches

· Train and support other team members in the department

· Recognize, document, and communicate safety concerns


Requirements:

· High School Diploma or GED equivalent

· 2+ years of experience in rotational Rotomold and/or injection Rotomold

· Proven ability to operate and maintain rotational Rotomold machines, including start-up, shutdown, material handling, and part finishing

· Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve machine and process issues

· Knowledge of basic mold/tool maintenance such as soda blasting, polishing, power washing, and latch adjustments

· Experience reviewing product quality, including dimensional checks and visual inspections

· Ability to follow work instructions and work independently

· Experience guiding and training team members in a production environment

· Ability to handle non-conforming parts and collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and operators

· Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

· Awareness of workplace safety with the ability to recognize, communicate, and document safety concerns


Pay Details: $20.50 to $21.80 per hour
