Primary responsibilities for Rotomold Operators include:

· Operate, program, start up, and shut down rotational Rotomold machines

· Inspect parts to ensure they meet dimensional and quality standards

· Troubleshoot and adjust machines or processes to complete tasks and resolve production issues

· Review and address non-conforming parts with engineers, supervisors, and team members

· Fill buckets with plastic powder, pull completed parts, and cut, clean, or scrape parts as needed per instructions

· Assist with daily mold maintenance, including soda blasting, polishing, power washing, and adjusting latches

· Train and support other team members in the department

· Recognize, document, and communicate safety concerns

Requirements:

· High School Diploma or GED equivalent

· 2+ years of experience in rotational Rotomold or similar manufacturing

· Skilled in operating and maintaining Rotomold machines

· Strong troubleshooting and quality inspection abilities

· Ability to follow instructions and work independently

· Experience training team members and performing basic mold maintenance

· Able to collaborate on resolving production issues

· Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
