We are seeking an experienced Process Technician to join our team in Richfield, Wisconsin. This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunityresponsible for injection molding machine setup and start-up, robot program loading, process optimization, troubleshooting, and support of validation and continuous improvement activities.
  • Pay Rate: $30.00 - 40.00 per hour, based on experience.
  • Shift Options: Days (7am-7pm) or Nights (7pm-7am) 2-2-3 schedule

Job Responsibilities
  • Set up molds and start production jobs on injection molding presses.
  • Load and verify robot programs.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot production processes.
  • Conduct Scientific Molding studies and support process improvements.
  • Perform FAT, SAT, IQ, OQ, and PQ validation activities.
  • Create setup instructions for new molds.
  • Follow GMP, GDP, quality, and safety requirements.
  • Partner with Process Engineers and Tooling teams to improve performance.

  • 5-7 years of plastics injection molding experience.
  • Forklift and Lockout/Tagout certification.
  • Basic hydraulic, electrical, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to program a core sequence on a tool.
  • Experience with Scientific Molding, validation activities, and instrumented tooling (RJG/Kistler) preferred.
  • IMM robot programming experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a 12-hour shift schedule.
