We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full-time Process Mold Tech to join our top-tier custom manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of injection molding processes, exceptional troubleshooting abilities, and a proven track record in mold set-up and optimization. This role is crucial in maintaining our reputation for producing high-quality custom parts and components for various industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up, operate, and maintain injection molding machines and associated equipment
  • Perform mold changes and set-ups efficiently and accurately
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to injection molding processes, machinery, and molds
