Injection Molding Process Technician - (CR334)

Compensation: $20 - $45/hour (commensurate with experience)

Industry: Plastic Injection Molding

Schedule: Full-Time | 1st & 2nd shift available

Relocation assistance: Available for exceptional candidates

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Injection Molding Process Technician to join this manufacturing team in Reseda, CA. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in machine operation, process optimization, and quality assurance to ensure efficient production of high-quality molded components.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform precision setup, operation, and monitoring of injection molding machinery

  • Maintain strict adherence to quality standards and production specifications

  • Conduct thorough process inspections and implement corrective actions as needed

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance manufacturing efficiency

  • Execute preventive maintenance procedures to ensure equipment reliability

  • Maintain organized work areas in compliance with 5S principles

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with injection molding processes

  • Technical certification or vocational training in manufacturing (preferred)

  • Comprehensive knowledge of mold setup and processing parameters

  • Demonstrated understanding of OSHA safety protocols in manufacturing environments

  • Strong mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting capabilities

  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks in industrial conditions

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with scientific molding principles

  • Familiarity with robotics and automation systems

  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing methodologies

Work Conditions:
This position requires availability for flexible shifts and the ability to work in a manufacturing environment with typical exposure to noise, temperature variations, and industrial chemicals.
