Shift Time: 5:00AM – 1:30PM, 1PM-9:30 (Overtime Required)
Total Reg Hours: 40.00
Pay:- $23.00/hr. on w2
Position Overview:
We are seeking experienced Injection Molding Machine Operators to join our manufacturing team in Garden Grove, CA. This role is responsible for operating plastic injection molding machines to produce high-quality parts that meet customer specifications. Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment and willing to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and work orders to meet customer specifications
- Operate plastic injection molding machines to produce quality parts
- Monitor process temperatures and injection pressures to ensure conformance to specifications
- Inspect first-run and sample parts to verify machine settings and accuracy
- Use precision measuring instruments such as:
- Micrometers
- Vernier calipers
- Optical comparator
- Perform basic preventative maintenance per manufacturer instructions
- Maintain clean and safe work environment
- Follow all company safety and quality procedures
- Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Manufacturing experience preferred (plastic injection molding experience strongly preferred)
- Ability to lift and carry up to 35 lbs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as required
- Detail-oriented with strong mechanical aptitude
