Supervisor- Injection Molding- Graveyard shift Sunday-Thursday 11:00pm-7:30am
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Maintain a safe work environment.
  • Support and development of employees including counseling and motivation.
  • Manage employee schedules, sick / vacation time and job assignments.
  • Recognize and correct any production inefficiencies.
  • Follow schedule to meet On Time Delivery expectations.
  • Ensure that mold protection settings are consistently at the lowest pressure setting while running productions.
  • Ensure that the mold parting line is maintained and free of debris at all times by employees.
  • Support IQMS activities.
  • Support ISO standards.
  • Actively seek system/process improvements.
  • Demonstrate good communication skills to all levels of employees.
  • Recognize, report, and correct any safety issues.
