In this role, you will be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring that Safety, Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) targets are met while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.What We’re Looking For

  • Expertise: Proven technical experience in injection molding is essential.
  • Industry Background: Previous experience in the automotive manufacturing sector is highly preferred.
  • Leadership: Strong ability to manage, motivate, and develop a diverse team of 15 direct reports.
  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
Logistics:
  • Schedule: 2nd Shift, Monday - Friday (4:00pm - 12:30am).
  • Compensation: $75,000 - $85,000 annually.
  • Overtime: Eligible for straight-time overtime after 50 hours.
  • Team Size: You will be directly responsible for 15 team members within a 90-person shift.

What You’ll Do:

  • Production Mastery: Oversee shift-by-shift operations, manage mold changes, and drive cycle time optimization. You’ll be the go-to expert for equipment effectiveness and troubleshooting molding defects.
  • Safety Leadership: Champion health, safety, and environmental protocols to maintain a clean, organized, and secure workplace for all team members.
  • Quality Excellence: Lead shop-floor problem-solving workshops and ensure all parts meet strict customer specifications.
  • Team Development: Directly mentor, train, and supervise a team of 15. You will manage scheduling, performance, and cross-training to foster a collaborative work environment.
