Membership Director – Swysh Den Basketball

Position Overview

Swysh Den Basketball is seeking a dynamic, relationship-driven Membership Director to lead member experience, retention, and growth across our basketball community. This role is responsible for overseeing all membership operations, creating exceptional customer experiences, and building strong relationships with athletes, families, and community partners.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, energetic, service-oriented, and passionate about youth development, basketball culture, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Membership Growth & Retention

  • Drive membership sales and renewal strategies to increase retention and overall membership growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with athletes, parents, trainers, and community members
  • Conduct facility tours and assist prospective members through the enrollment process
  • Develop initiatives that enhance member satisfaction and engagement

Customer Experience

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for member concerns, questions, and support
  • Ensure every member experiences a welcoming, professional, and high-energy environment
  • Oversee onboarding processes for new members and families
  • Maintain consistent communication with members regarding programming, events, and updates

Operations & Administration

  • Manage membership database, billing systems, and account records
  • Monitor membership metrics, retention rates, and revenue goals
  • Coordinate scheduling and communication related to memberships and facility access
  • Collaborate with coaching staff and leadership to improve operational efficiency

Community & Brand Engagement

  • Help execute community outreach initiatives, tournaments, events, and partnerships
