Job description

About the Role:
UFC Gym in Hendersonville, TN is looking for a driven and energetic Senior Membership Specialist to join our team! In this role, you'll be the face of our gym — connecting with prospective and current members to help them start and sustain their fitness journey. If you're passionate about fitness, people, and performance, this is the opportunity for you.
Responsibilities:
  • Drive membership sales through prospecting, tours, follow-ups, and closing new member agreements
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current members to support retention and renewals
  • Conduct engaging gym tours and present membership options tailored to individual goals
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Assist in developing and executing local marketing and outreach initiatives
  • Mentor and support junior membership staff on sales techniques and member engagement
  • Handle member inquiries, concerns, and account management with professionalism
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in membership sales, fitness sales, or a related customer-facing sales role
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for fitness
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
  • Experience with CRM software or membership management systems preferred
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a natural team leader
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree a plus
